Implanting

By the implanting the skin is opened with a scalpel on a random part of the body and a skin pocket is prepared.

In this diverse small objects or figures made of PTFE or silicone can applied (e.g. balls, rings, bars, stars etc.). Afterwards the opening is sewed up again and the shapes of the applied object are loomed under the skin.

By the applying must proceeded very sterile as well as by surgeries, then the infection risk during the healing phase is relative small, because indeed the wound is closed again.

The healing of the wound only takes about 2 weeks and merely a very fine, barely salient scar is remains, as far as correctly was worked. But till the implant is loomed completely it already could take 2 to 3 months.
