If you already have a septum piercing and have stretched the septum, additionally you can let stitch a septril piercing.
The the canaliculus runs through the nasal septum, practical into the stretched septum, so that to show up from the outside only a piercing ball barely among the septum, in the middle between the both nostrils.
But the septril also can be stitched vertical so that the ball lies upon the point of the nose (similar by the nose tip).
For jewellery a labret is applied..
The septril piercing is a very rare and relative unknown piercing. In Germany it is common barely. Important is, that you prior have stitched the septum, because otherwise this piercing isn´t possible. Also this piercing should be stitched only of an experienced piercer.
