The anus piercing belongs to the genital piercings, which can be carried by female and male, apart from the guiche piercing.

The canaliculus of the anus piercing runs vertical between the inside of the anal sphincter and the perineum. Probably it´s a matter of a rather rare piercing because surely it isn´t to carry very comfortably, particularly in the early days (interference by sitting etc.) and also admits a inconvenient hygiene.
