Hymen Piercing

The hymen piercing or maidenhead piercing is probably one of the least often stitched and carried piercings in the world.

Thereby the piercing is stitched in the vagina through the maidenhead (hymen) if this is available. By the tearing of this thin mucosal membrane during sex (virginity will lost) the problem is if and how long the piercing will weather. But if the piercing is stitched appropriate deep into the inside of the vagina it can weather for a longer time.

The healing of the hymen piercing takes 2 to 3 months.

For jewellery a little ball closure ring (BCR) is recommend.
