The apadravya runs opposed to the ampallang piercing vertical through the glans and the urethra or diagonal forwardly.

If the canaliculus is immediately behind the glans this piercing is called shaft apadravya. If an apadravya crosses an ampallang piercing it´s called magic cross.

By every genital piercings you should waive on any sexual activities during the healing time. Till the complete healing it takes about 4 to 6 months.

For piercing jewellery at best a straight piercing barbell with a strength of at least 2 mm and sufficiently length is applied.
