The apadydoe piercing is a combination of an apadravya and a dydoe, which are connected with a ring (orbital piercing).

It´s consider that the dydoe piercing isn´t stitched centrical. The apadydoe piercing mostly is carried pairwise therefore on both sides of the glans. It achieves a stimulant effect for both partners.

It´s recommend that the apadravya piercing and the dydoe piercing are stitched separate and let first heal before they´ll connected with a suitable ring.

For jewellery a ball closure ring (BCR) is suited.
