The guiche piercing belongs to the genital piercings, which can be carried by male and female, apart from the anus piercing.

By the man the guiche piercing is stitched horizontal through the penis fin at the perineum. Also by this rather rare piercing both the interference by sitting or bicycling and the inconvenient hygiene conducts to a small wear comfort. Certainly the piercing can act stimulant of the carrier, because it sits in the perineum region.

The healing takes 3 to 6 months and meanwhile you should waive on any sexual activities.

For jewellery a ball closure ring (BCR), a smooth segment-ring or a banana barbell (curved barbell) are suited. For stimulation an additional second freerunning ring is recommend.

The tissue at this part is relative flexible, therefore you can expand the guiche piercing without complications. So also bigger jewellery could applied (e.g. weights).
